About Deena

Deena is the operating system for halal butcher shops in Europe — built around the channel where customers actually order: WhatsApp.

We started Deena because every shop owner we met told us the same story: orders arrive on WhatsApp, scattered across staff phones, in three or four languages, all at once. The good ones cope. None of them enjoy it.

Deena listens, structures and replies — in seven languages, with halal context built in. Behind the counter, the team gets a clean pipeline; in Google, the shop's hours and photos stay live; in the inbox, the AI takes the simple stuff and hands the hard cases over.

We are EU-based, GDPR-ready, and halal-aware. The product ships from Berlin.
