  • No. Deena uses Meta's Coexistence — the WhatsApp Business app keeps working on your phone, side by side with the AI.

  • EU only. Postgres in Frankfurt, S3 in Frankfurt. We never replicate to non-EU regions.

  • No setup fee, no hidden per-message uplift. Monthly billing, cancel any time.
